I read that we dont need the key any more? aka, no need for attunement? I can respec Vic to be a tank, not a good one (lack of gear) but I mean, maybe she will do as an off tank for starters?

I still haven't done more than the first fragment (attuned by the end of February, my tail), but with the new patch you only need one person to open the door.
I'm still playing sporadically, because I'm a slacker - we did a CoT run with the first two instances in there last weekend, and I think I did a decent job in there. Don't know how Black Morass is compared to Kara gearwise, but I hope he'll do as an off-tank? And Woggie could be main?
Ant knows the instance better than any of us, so - if I can tank BM, can I at least off-tank Kara?

well kara is not all about gear
i've run numerous of karazhan run with greens, but then again i was healer and dont take much damage if its allright 
you have to start somewhere, so no worries  |

Probably, theres not many places where OT's are hit that hard ..i mean theres a couple of mobs in moroes room that hit really really hard, and moroes adds to too.
*shrugs*
TBh this is all irrelevant we don't have the people to run the place, were short of healers and if our dpsers go to heal were short of dpsers.
As it stands we have one healer in Peaus Pally..thats the it.
Also we can't get people online on time to help peau with a 65 instance 5 man run, dunno how were gonna get people for a 10 man run that can take up to 2/3 nights in a week to get any progress.
